There is so much texture and different color and different flora here. Beautiful up-close look. I like your photos very much and seems like we both like to compare new & old views. I've been to Besancon once 20 yrs ago, when we lived in Switzerland for a year and 1/2 and travelled around the surrounding area. The trip there was in the winter and we went to Ronchamp too.
