Promenade du dimanche à Merey-sous-Montrond à quelques Km de Besançon , le sentier Karstique . Ici le calcaire sous l’action de l’eau pred de curieuses formes , tables de lapiaz, dolines ou cratères et grottes et gouffres.Il vaut mieux rester sur le sentier balisé afin d'éviter tout accident , mais le lieu est magique , c'est la première fois qu'on s'y promenait sous la neige !

The rocks in the first photograph look like a large mouse-like animal.
The third photo is so unique. I mean, one cannot expect 2 rope-like trees to come-up from there :)

The last photo… it shows endless depth. It's so dark inside!

What a marvelous place for kids. I would have loved this when I was a kid. We were always in the forests too looking for secret and dangerous places. I think you enjoyed the walk too, right.
