I like fountains in winter , water turn into icicles , icecubes or more , give a poetic look on the city !

    ta photo deja donne froid. A Evry on a fermé la grande fontaine pour cause de froid.

    It must be pretty cold there to freeze the fountains. I love the frozen in motion look!
